Neighborhood Pride

Thanks to all of our homeowners who take great pride in their home and yard. We say keep up the good work. Unfortunately there are homeowners in our neighborhood who are not maintaining their properties as they should. These homeowners need to know that this will not be tolerated. We’ve noticed homes with missing or falling siding, homes that need pressure washing or painting and trash/old newspapers in yards and driveways that need to be picked up. Please go ahead and take care of these problems right away.

1. Vehicles should not be parked in yards/on the grass.
2. Grass and shrubs in your yard should be maintained regularly.
3. Trash bins should not be left on the curb for more than 24 hours.
4. Newspapers should be picked up from yard and driveway.
5. Mail boxes should have visible address numbers.

From the President’s Desk

Once again, I would like to thank all of the homeowners who have supported the current Board of Directors and the decisions that have been made to improve our community. Although we will never agree on everything, we all can agree that we do want live in a safe, well kept community. Lets all strive to be better neighbors and homeowners.

This year there will be Board of Directors seats up for election. If you are interested, please send your intent by email to dtjackson@huntersridge hoa.org.

The annual homeowner assessment is now $280, billed as a courtesy in four quarterly installments. Please note that these fees are not optional. Each homeowner agrees to the fees as well as the bylaws and covenants of the association upon purchase of a home in Hunters Ridge.

Additional fees & interest will be attached to your account for failure to make timely payments. The association will pursue all available legal means to collect on delinquent accounts, including filing liens against your property and/or lawsuits against you. The financials of the association are available for review by all homeowners. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
