Pool Regulations

All of the rule and regulations are set up for the safety for the homeowners and their guest’s enjoyment.

POOL RULES:

	SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
	No children under 18 allowed without Parental Supervision.
	No running or horseplay on the pool deck.
	No profanity or inappropriate behavior in or around the pool pavilion area.
	NO DIVING: Deepest part of the pool is only 5 feet.
	No alcoholic beverages in the Pool pavilion.
	No destruction of items in the Pool/ Pavilion.
	No glass drinking containers in the covered pavilion and gazebo areas or around the pool.
	DO NOT OPEN THE POOL GATE FOR ANYONE unless they are with YOU and within your guest limitations. NOR LEAVE THE POOL GATE OPEN UPON ENTRANCE OR EXIT.
	One (1) non- resident or guest allowed in pool pavilion without prior HRHOA Board Approval. All Pool guests/non- residents must be escorted and in the attendance of a current adult member age 18 and above. Only one (1) guest per current member household.

I have read and agreed to the follow and abide by all the posted rules of the Hunters Ridge Pool Pavilion, Tennis court, and Playground Areas. I understand that I am responsible for the actions or violation of all persons listed on this application and any guest that I or the above listed occupants may bring to the Pool Pavilion, Tennis Court, and Playground areas. I understand that any such violations of the above rules may result in revocation of the Pool Pavilion use and pursuit of restitution of loss the Association. I also understand that use of the Pool Pavilion is at my own risk and there is no lifeguard on duty. I furthermore relieve the Hunters Ridge Homeowners Association of any responsibility and/ or liability of damage, loss or theft of personal property and any personal injury.

	You must have your pool pass while in the pool area.
	No child can be left in at the Pool area unsupervised. If left, the Police will be called.
	Replacement Pool Pass/ gate keys are $25.00.
	All renters MUST provide information requested regarding the homeowner’s name/phone. The homeowner will be contacted regarding the renter’s use to these areas.
